Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment. Disclosed are a wastewater recycling treatment system and a heat exchange module thereof. The wastewater recycling treatment system comprises a cooling tower body and a water storage tank located at the bottom of the cooling tower body, wherein the water storage tank is connected to a dosing device and a water quality monitoring device, and the dosing device comprises an oxidizing bactericide tank, a non-oxidizing bactericide tank, a corrosion and scale inhibitor tank, and a concentrated sulfuric acid tank. The wastewater recycling treatment system further comprises dosing pumps connected between each tank body and the water storage tank, wherein the dosing pumps and the water quality monitoring device are electrically connected to a control device, and the control device uses the dosing pumps to control, according to a monitoring result of the water quality monitoring device, the amount of agents added to the water storage tank. In the present invention, the water storage tank is connected to the dosing device and the water quality monitoring device; therefore, with the help of added agents, the growth of microorganisms and algae can be inhibited, scale formation can be prevented or the scale content can be reduced by means of a chemical reaction, such that the treatment and utilization of wastewater can be improved, and wastewater discharge is reduced.
