Abstract:
A versatile lifting type metal smelting intelligent slag-removing robot, comprising a grabbing mechanism, a horizontal telescopic mechanism and a lifting mechanism. A lower end of the lifting mechanism is rotatably provided on a base, the horizontal telescopic mechanism is provided on the lifting mechanism, and the grabbing mechanism is rotatably provided on the horizontal telescopic mechanism. The flexibility of the slag removing robot can be improved, and the robot grabs scum all around, preventing slag removing blind spots; the height of the device may be significantly reduced, preventing suitable sites of the device from being limited, and expanding the application range. Meanwhile, a high-altitude mounting operations may be avoided, thus reducing the skill demands of personnel, and safety is good.
