Abstract:
An intelligent slag dragging robot for metal melting, comprising a grabbing mechanism and an operating mechanism. The grabbing mechanism is a grabbing mechanism used for performing slag dragging; the grabbing mechanism is connected to the operating mechanism, and implements multidirectional movement by the operating mechanism; the operating mechanism is arranged on a base in a manner of overall rotation, and is a four-bar mechanism. The slag dragging robot can improve the device flexibility so as to grab dross in all directions and avoid a slag dragging dead angle, and can improve the device operation stability so as to effectively reduce the shaking and vibration phenomena in the device operation process, to improve the grabbing accuracy, and to avoid splashing of molten iron and device pollution caused by falling of the dross due to shaking and vibration.
