Abstract:
A variable-station automobile production line using a flexible interface and a method for automobile production by using the variable-station automobile production line using a flexible interface. The variable-station automobile production line consists of a manufacturing execution system (100), an automobile body identification system (200), a production control system (300) and a production monitoring system (400), and comprises a plurality of variable stations which are dynamically planned by the manufacturing execution system (100). The manufacturing execution system (100) dynamically plans the number, positions and lengths of the stations; the automobile body recognition system (200) identifies the automobile information of an automobile to be assembled; the manufacturing execution system (100) completes planning of the stations according to the automobile information, and issues the automobile information to the production control system (300) so as to complete production process planning; the production control system (300) uses a flexible interface to connect different production modules (302); and the production monitoring system (300) acquires data so as to implement closed-loop control. The present invention can automatically select manufacturing parameters so as to conveniently and quickly regulate the production processes and the order and the number of stations, thereby improving the production efficiency and achieving more optimal production line planning.
