Abstract:
An automobile production line having an error-prevention early-warning function and variable stations. The automobile production line is composed of a manufacturing execution system (100), a vehicle-body recognition system (200), a production control system (300), a production monitoring system (400) and a production error-prevention system (500), wherein the manufacturing execution system (100) dynamically plans the number of stations, positions of stations and lengths of stations; the vehicle-body recognition system (200) recognizes automobile information, and the manufacturing execution system (100) completes the planning of stations according to the automobile information, and issues the automobile information to the production control system (300), so as to complete the planning of a production process; in the production control system (300), different production modules (302) are connected by using flexible interfaces; the production monitoring system (400) collects data to realize closed-loop control; and when the production line is abnormal, the production error-prevention system (500) raises an alarm or terminates production. Further disclosed is an automobile production method using the automobile production line having an error-prevention early-warning function and variable stations. By means of different vehicle information, more optimized production line planning can be realized, and the state of a production line can also be monitored in real time, thereby ensuring the reliability of the production line.
