Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a synchronous width adjusting and gathering system for a gypsum building material production line, comprising a forming table and a forming belt connected to the surface of the forming table and used for bearing a gypsum slurry. A width adjusting and gathering mechanism connected to the forming belt is provided on the forming table. According to the present invention, width adjusting and shaking actions can be synchronously performed by means of the width adjusting and gathering mechanism, to reduce the frequency of generating bubbles in the gypsum slurry, and during specific implementation, the width adjusting and gathering mechanism is directly driven to adjust the width of the gypsum slurry borne on the forming belt so as to perform the width adjusting action, and moreover, in the process of performing the width adjusting action, the width adjusting and gathering mechanism can also be driven to vibrate the sidewall of the forming belt so as to perform shaking and flow guiding actions, such that the bubbles are discharged.
