Abstract:
This sound adjustment method comprises: a situation estimation step (S102) for estimating the situation of a user that utilizes a first space out of the first space and a second space that adjoin each other; a utilization situation determination step (S104) for determining, on the basis of the estimated situation of the user that utilizes the first space, whether or not the first space is utilized for work of a plurality of workers including the user that utilizes the first space; and a sound propagation adjustment step (step S105 and step S107) for, on the basis of the result of the determination in the utilization situation determination step (S104), switching whether or not to apply noise canceling for reducing a listening level when sound generated in one of the first space and the second space is listened to in the other of the first space and the second space.
