Abstract:
A smokeless cooking appliance, comprising a cooking assembly (4). A fan flue (2) is mounted above the cooking assembly (4) in a crossing manner, smoke inlets (24) are formed on the lower surface of the fan flue (2) facing toward the upper portion of the cooking assembly (4), and smoke suction devices (5) are mounted in the smoke inlets (24); two air guide pipe fittings (3) are arranged below the cooking assembly (4), air inlets (35) of the two air guide pipe fittings (3) are communicated with two lower ports of the fan flue (2), respectively, and air outlets (36) of the two air guide pipe fittings (3) are formed on two sides of the upper surface of the cooking assembly (4), respectively. Oil fume flow in the fan flue (2) and flue pipes of the body, and the oil fumes exhausted from the air outlets (36) can be suctioned into the fan flue (2) again by a fan in the fan flue (2), so that oil fume circulation is formed, and oil fume overflowing is reduced; moreover, a filter screen is arranged in the oil fume circulation, thereby improving the oil fume filtering efficiency.
