Abstract:
A flow control device (10) and a liquid delivery device (100). The flow control device (10) comprises an outer housing (11) and a sub-pipe (12) located inside the outer housing (11), and a gap space (113) for liquid to flow through is formed between the inner wall of the outer housing (11) and the outer wall of the sub-pipe (12). The outer housing (11) comprises a first input end (111) and a first output end (112), and the first input end (111), the gap space (113), and the first output end (112) form a first channel for liquid to flow through; the outer housing (11) is internally provided with a sealing structure (13) for enabling the first channel to be communicated or blocked; the sub-pipe (12) comprises a second input end (121) and a second output end (122), and the second output end (122) is located inside the first input end (112) and is flush with the first output end (112) or extends out of the first output end (112); and the sub-pipe (12) forms a second channel for liquid to flow through.
