Abstract:
A small-size double-redundancy electric power steering motor controller structure, comprising a sealing cover cap, a ventilation valve, a connector, a power joint connector, a bendable PCBA board, screws, a stud screw, a magnet, a radiator, and a six-phase motor. A coupler is mounted at the bottom of the six-phase motor. The radiator, a motor Pin, the magnet and a stud screw mounting hole are formed in the top of the six-phase motor. The bendable PCBA board comprises a power board, a control board and a bendable PCB. The power board is fixed to the radiator, the power board and the six-phase motor are fixed by means of the stud screw, the six-phase motor and the power board are connected by means of the motor Pin, the control board and the power board are placed in parallel, the control board is fixed to the top of the stud screw by means of the screw, the control board and the power board are connected by means of the bendable PCB, and the connector is mounted on the control board. The motor controller structure reduces the size of a motor controller, is also easy to dissipate heat, and is convenient for application in a vehicle.
