Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide: silicone rubber particles which have high strength and elongation, while having a small amount of agglomerated particles; and an aqueous dispersion of silicone rubber particles. [Solution] The present invention provides spherical silicone rubber particles which have a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 µm to 50 µm, while being composed of an addition reaction product of a curable liquid silicone composition that contains the component (A-1), the component (A-2) and the component (A-3) described below. Component (A-1): a diorganopolysiloxane which has two or more alkenyl groups in each molecule, while having an alkenyl group content of 0.0025 mol/100 g to 0.034 mol/100 g
Component (A-2): an organopolysiloxane resin which contains an R1
3SiO1/2 unit and an SiO4/2 unit, wherein the molar ratio of the R1
3SiO1/2 unit to the SiO4/2 unit is 0.60 to 1.7, and the alkenyl group content is 0.001 mol/100 g or more (in the formula, each R1 independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms but not having an alkenyl group, or an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms; and at least one of the R1 moieties is an alkenyl group.)
Component (A-3): an organohydrogen polysiloxane which has two or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms (referred to as SiH groups) in each molecule, while having an SiH group content of 0.030 mol/100 g to 1.30 mol/100 g
The content of the component (A-2) relative to a total 100 parts by mass of the component (A-1), the component (A-2) and the component (A-3) is 1.0 part by mass to 65 parts by mass.
