Abstract:
A rotor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotor core extending in the axis direction; permanent-magnet storing holes formed in the axis direction along the outer circumferential surface of the rotor core, in a vertical cross-section of the rotation axis of the rotor core; permanent magnets stored in the permanent-magnet storing holes; refrigerant passages that are formed, in the vertical cross-section, in communication with the permanent-magnet storing holes and along the permanent-magnet storing holes in the radially inner side of the rotor core with respect to the permanent-magnet storing holes, and that allow a refrigerant, which is for cooling the permanent magnets, to be enclosed; and a sheet that is provided, in each of the permanent-magnet storing holes, between the inner wall surface of the permanent-magnet storing hole and the surface of the permanent magnet, and that brings the permanent magnet in close contact with the inner wall surface.
