Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a rotating shuttle and oil pump matching operation mechanism for a sewing machine. The rotating shuttle and oil pump matching operation mechanism comprises an electric motor, a lower shaft, a rotating shuttle, a vertical shaft, a gear pair assembly and an oil pump, wherein the electric motor is mounted on a sewing machine casing and is in transmission connection to the lower shaft by means of an electric motor shaft of the electric motor, the lower shaft is connected to a sewing machine bottom plate, the oil pump is fixedly connected to the sewing machine bottom plate and is in fit transmission connection to the vertical shaft, the rotating shuttle is arranged at an end portion of the lower shaft, meshing transmission is formed between the lower shaft and the vertical shaft by means of the gear pair assembly, the rotating shuttle and the oil pump operate synchronously by means of the electric motor, and the oil pump lubricates the rotating shuttle by means of an oil pipe. The rotating shuttle and oil pump matching operation mechanism provided in the present invention operates by means of independent control of electric control, and an independent transmission mechanism designed is convenient to mount and has strong controllability, such that stitches can be better controlled, the stability is good, and the accuracy of thread hooking time during operation of the rotating shuttle is high. Further disclosed in the present invention is a sewing machine using the mechanism.
