Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a rectangular track feeding mechanism on a sewing machine. The rectangular track feeding mechanism comprises a spindle electric motor, a spindle, a feeding horizontal swing assembly, and a feeding vertical swing assembly, wherein the feeding vertical swing assembly comprises a vertical shaft gear pair assembly, a transmission shaft, a cylindrical gear pair, a tooth lifting shaft and a tooth fork crank; the cylindrical gear pair comprises a gear wheel and a pinion, wherein a track cam is arranged on the gear wheel, and a tooth lifting crank is arranged on the tooth lifting shaft; and the track cam is provided with a cloth feeding tooth lifting area, a cloth feeding tooth diving area and a vertical switching transition damping area, and the track cam matches the tooth lifting crank by means of each area and is converted into a periodic swing of the tooth lifting shaft, such that a feeding assembly connected to the tooth fork crank moves vertically and matches the swinging of the feeding horizontal swing assembly to achieve a rectangular track motion of a cloth feeding tooth motion track. The structure designed by the present invention can sew a rectangular track, and has stable feeding and good multi-layer sewing performance, thereby satisfying higher requirements of a customer.
