Abstract:
The present invention relates to a random dyeing regulation and control method for a four-component Chenille carpet pile pattern. By means of combining raw filaments which have different dyeing properties during the spinning of Chenille yarn, in combination with changes to a combination mode and a combination ratio, a four-component Chenille carpet pile is prepared. Furthermore, a multi-component raw material is used for the uneven uptake of different dyes, so that the four-component pile is heterogeneously dyed. Moreover, dye uptake color differences between four-component filaments is regulated and controlled to form multicolored patterns, parquet patterns and flower-clipping patterns. The different colors dyed on fibers in the designed four-component Chenille carpet pile are spatially juxtaposed and mixed, thereby forming a non-uniform constant mixed color. Moreover, according to differences in the mixing ratio of color fibers and the interaction between fiber hues, a composite color consisting of main tones and complementary tones will be produced, resulting in the production of dynamic colors. The entire design and execution method can effectively increase the efficiency of constructing a Chenille carpet pile pattern.
