Abstract:
A chenille carpet pile pattern based on coloured filament quaternary colour mixing control and a construction method therefor: by means of changes to the combination mode and combination ratio of multi-element base colour coloured filaments, controlling the unevenness of the distribution of the coloured filaments on a chenille carpet pile, in order to produce colour block patterns, parquet patterns, and interlocking patterns; multi-element base colour thread mixing is spatial juxtaposition mixing, which is a kind of non-uniform mixing, and differs from the additive mixing of shade mixing and the subtractive mixing of colourant mixing; by means of adjusting the mixing ratio of multiple-element base colour threads and the hue difference, brightness difference, and saturation difference between the base colour threads, the visual effect of the chenille pile is to show a hazy colour-blocking effect, or a soft parquet effect, or a clear interlocking effect; the whole design and execution method can effectively increase the construction efficiency of chenille carpet pile patterns.
