Abstract:
The present invention provides a proximal middle cerebral artery photochemical occlusion model, an establishment method therefor, and use thereof. Provided is the occlusion model, which comprises a laser occlusion induction device, an acquisition module, and a processing module which are connected. The laser occlusion induction device is configured for irradiating a laser irradiation site with a fixed laser irradiation position, light spot size and light spot power. The acquisition module is configured for penetrating through the middle artery of a Y-shaped branch structure found in the posterior venous plexus close to the eye socket of the temporal bone on an object to be detected, and taking the proximal part of the middle artery close to the zygomatic arch as the laser irradiation site. The processing module is configured for injecting a photosensitive reagent into the object via the caudal vein, and after using the laser occlusion induction device to irradiate the laser irradiation site, constructing an occlusion model at the laser irradiation site. The problems that a cerebral ischemia penumbra of a stroke model is not obvious and the surgery for constructing a middle artery occlusion model is difficult and results in high animal mortality are solved.
