Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a plasma-treated ergosterol reactant, a reactant prepared by the preparation method, and a compound isolated therefrom and use thereof. The plasma-treated ergosterol reactant prepared by the preparation method of the present invention comprises ESP-1[(22E,24R)-5α,6α-epoxy-3β-hydroxyergosta-8,22-dien-7-one] and ESP-2(5,6-epoxyergosterol), wherein the plasma-treated ergosterol reactant and ESP-1 and ESP-2 isolated therefrom have excellent effects in skin-lightening, wrinkle amelioration, and antiobesity, and thus can be used as a material for products related to skin-lightening, wrinkle amelioration, and antiobesity.
