Abstract:
A precise self-centering inner oil injection honing tool. The honing tool comprises a main rod, a push rod (2) which slides in the length direction of the main rod and is arranged on the inner periphery of the main rod, and a grinding assembly (3) in contact with the inner surface of a hole to be machined for honing, wherein the main rod comprises a rod body (101) and a connecting body (102) fixedly connected to the end portion of the rod body for being in a butt joint with a spindle, the peripheral surface of the connecting body gradually extends and shrinks in a conical shape from the side close to the rod body to the side far away from the rod body, and the honing tool further comprises a mounting structure for fastening the connecting body to the spindle of a machine tool. The precise self-centering inner oil injection honing tool is designed by using taper self-centering connection, such that the front and rear coaxial precision and assembly precision of the main rod are ensured, the radial runout reaches 0.005 mm or below, and the assembly adjustment time is greatly shortened.
