Abstract:
A honing tool of a workpiece (100) needing to be perforated on the peripheral surface. The honing tool comprises a support frame and a clamping mechanism which is arranged on the support frame and is used for clamping the workpiece needing to be perforated on the peripheral surface, wherein when the workpiece needing to be perforated on the peripheral surface is clamped by the clamping mechanism and then is honed, the peripheral surface length extension direction of the workpiece needing to be perforated on the peripheral surface is parallel to the horizontal direction, the clamping mechanism presses and clamps from two ends of the workpiece needing to be perforated on the peripheral surface, the clamping mechanism is rotatably arranged on the support frame, and the honing tool further comprises a driving mechanism and a stabilizing mechanism. When the honing tool is used for honing a plurality of holes on the peripheral surface of the workpiece, the workpiece does not need to be clamped multiple times, such that the position can be replaced merely by rotating the clamping mechanism by means of the driving mechanism to drive the workpiece to rotate, avoiding the impact on working efficiency due to clamping multiple times, and the workpiece machining quality is improved.
