Abstract:
This positioning and fixing device comprises: a rod member fixed to a first mechanism; a cylinder mechanism provided to a second mechanism; a first member having a first reference surface serving as a positioning reference in a first direction; and a second member which is in contact with the rod member and has a second reference surface serving as a positioning reference in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The second member can move at least in the first direction with respect to the first member. The cylinder mechanism can attract the rod member in the first direction toward the second mechanism side.
