Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medical materials. Provided in the present disclosure are a periodontal topical delivery preparation, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The method for preparing the periodontal topical delivery preparation comprises: performing an esterification reaction on polyvinyl alcohol and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine to obtain a PD polymer; performing a reaction on the PD polymer and manganese dioxide nanosheets, wherein a phenolic hydroxyl group on the PD polymer is chelated to metal manganese ions; and constructing an ROS cluster-responsive and NIR photothermoresponsive MnO2 nanosheet mussel biomimetic composite material as the periodontal topical delivery preparation using good wet-bonding properties of DOPA and the enzyme-mimic activities of manganese dioxide nanosheets. The periodontal topical delivery preparation can effectively scavenge excessive ROS caused by periodontitis, perform sustained and effective sterilization, improve the progression of periodontitis and suppress the problem of periodontal supporting tissue loss caused by periodontitis.
