Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medical materials, and provides a bone adhesive, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. According to the bone adhesive, levodopa (L-DOPA) is grafted on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), phenolic hydroxyl on L-DOPA is combined with ZIF-8 to form multifunctional bionic ZIF-8 bone glue, the wet adhesion characteristic of L-DOPA molecules containing a large number of catechol structures is integrated by taking a metal organic framework ZIF-8 as a core, and the PVA having good biocompatibility is used as a carrier to construct a novel bone glue (L-DPZ bone glue) which has the functions of good bone adhesion performance, biocompatibility, osteogenesis characteristics, injectability, etc. The bone adhesive can promote bone adhesion and bone healing processes of severe bone wounds such as complex bone fractures and bone defects, and has a wide clinical application prospect.
