Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a multicast broadcast service reception method and apparatus, and a configuration sending method and apparatus. The multicast broadcast service reception method comprises: entering an inactive state, and camping on a first bandwidth part; and receiving a multicast broadcast service on the basis of a multicast broadcast service configuration associated with the first bandwidth part. In the present disclosure, after a terminal enters the inactive state, the terminal can camp on the first bandwidth part without switching to an initial bandwidth part, and thus receive in the inactive state the multicast broadcast service on the basis of the multicast broadcast service configuration associated with the first bandwidth part, helping to avoid problems occurring during the multicast broadcast service reception process.
