Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure are a cell processing method and apparatus, and a cell processing instruction method and apparatus. The cell processing method comprises: according to the provision of a protocol or to instruction information from a network device, keeping a cell for a multicast service in an active state or activating the cell (S101). According to the present disclosure, a terminal can keep a cell for a multicast service in an active state or activate the cell according to the provision of a protocol or to instruction information sent by a network device, so as to ensure that during a process in which the terminal receives the multicast service, the cell for the multicast service is in an active state instead of in an inactive state, thereby helping to ensure that the terminal successfully receives the multicast service on the cell.
