Abstract:
A multi-level staggered material box storage apparatus (2000), a material discharge and sorting device (10000), and a sorting system, which relate to material discharge and collection technology in the field of semiconductors or photovoltaics. The material box storage apparatus comprises material box slide rail assemblies, material box assemblies, a staggered driving assembly, a vertical guide rail assembly, a vertical driving assembly, material replacement warning buttons (2700), and a material box controller which are arranged on a storage rack; the staggered driving assembly is used for driving vertically adjacent material box assemblies to slide along the material box slide rail assemblies, so as to send the material box assemblies to a material reception site or a box replacement site. Compared to current or a previous generation of material boxes, the present multi-layer staggered material box storage apparatus utilizes a staggered configuration and integrates position detection, sensing for being completely filled, and staggered supply of material boxes for material reception; time spent for material box replacement is shortened, the operating efficiency and the production capacity are improved, and the present invention facilitates promotion and application in the fields of silicon wafers and PCBs among sheet material products.
