Title:
METHOD FOR IMPROVING BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF RELINQING GRANULES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/077489
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The use of a Polygonum capitatum Buch-Ham ex D. Don extract in the preparation of Relinqing granules for clearing heat and removing dampness, inducing diuresis for treating strangurtia, treating urinary system infections or stones, treating pyelonephritis, achieving detoxication, dissipating blood stasis, resisting bacteria, resisting inflammation, easing pain and resisting prostatitis. The Polygonum capitatum Buch-Ham ex D. Don extract is prepared according to the following steps: adding ethanol to fresh or dried overground parts of Polygonum capitatum Buch-Ham ex D. Don, performing reflux extraction and then filtration, and concentrating and drying a filtrate to obtain an alcoholic extract; suspending the alcoholic extract in methanol, performing ultrasonic treatment and centrifugation, and loading a macroporous resin column with a supernatant; and performing gradient elution with water and methanol in sequence, collecting eluents of various parts, recycling a solvent, and drying the parts, which are eluted with different solvents, to obtain methanol eluates and a mixture thereof.
