Abstract:
Disclosed is a knowledge management system for CS with AI function based on expert consultation data and free speech emotion analysis. The present invention comprises: an AI KMS server that analyzes, in real time, content of the current consultation, and generates and transmits, in real time, an assistance consultation answer for assisting consultation of a training/unskilled consultant by referring to an answer or a response of a skilled consultant, corresponding to a real-time analysis result; a training/unskilled consultant terminal that receives and displays, in real time, the assistance consultation answer from the AI KMS server during the current consultation; a purchasing customer terminal that performs a voice call for a consultation inquiry of a purchasing customer; a consultant terminal that performs the voice call such that a consultant processes consultation for the consultation inquiry of the purchasing customer; and an omnichannel customer/company consultation service server that establishes a voice call session for a voice call between the purchasing customer terminal and the consultant terminal and transmits a report on the consultation inquiry and the processing of the consultation, in order to perform a consultation service for a plurality of selling company customers.
