Description:
A JUTE CLOTH COVERED PANEL EMBODIMENT

Technical Field

The invention relates to a jute cloth covered tent panel as an alternative of cloth tends and panels used in economic prefabricated housing.

Invention particularly relates to a panel embodiment with lighter weight, having high resistance against breaking, departing and puncturing, heat insulation, coated with jute cloth made from materials such as bamboo, polypropylene, cotton, natural fibres etc. and easy to mount.

Prior Art

Being on history stage with beginning of humanity, tent is one of the first known building samples. Tents are produced in forms eligible for use at various weather conditions subject to their materials and designs. There are different tent platform types for tents too.

Today tents are used in many areas such as camping activities, military area, storing and health care areas and have many types such as triangle tent, fabric tent, tepee tent, tunnel tent; filtrated tent, pop-up tents, geodesic tents etc.

The material used in manufacture of tents used for temporary sheltering in the related art is cloth. And the cloth makes them mechanically nondurable against natural events such as wind and snow. Alternative to tents, portable buildings allowing dismantling for temporary sheltering are made from sheet coated sandwich panels on both faces. As both faces of the sandwich panels used in such structures are sheet, panels are relatively heavy and may have some mounting difficulties in terms of installation.

When literature is searched, a document numbered 2014/00674 can be shown as example thereof in the related art. Said document relates to a panel embodiment different from its equivalences and with longer life to be used as building in any weather conditions as hangar of various sizes, storage area, poultry production farms (poultry) cooling storages, enclosed mushroom growing farms, housing, business place and site walls, defense industry (bullet proof patrol boots, military check point walls of bullet proof and roof, bullet proof enclosed garage for military vehicles) in military area, buildings in disaster areas (medicine, food, earthquake tents etc.) or buildings, disaster crisis management buildings, anti-bacterial quarantine rooms etc. in infectious diseases case. Said invention product comprises 1. layer (10) formed by gel code (1 ) layer applied onto panel form sheet (4) by brushing, polyester (2) layer applied onto gel code (1) layer by brushing, fiber 450 (3) layer applied onto polyester (2), polyester (2) layer applied onto fiber 450 (3) by brushing, fiber 450 (3) layer laid onto polyester (2), polyester (2) layer applied onto fiber 450 (3) by brushing, and layer 2 (20) and polyurethane foam (30) injected between layer 1 (10) and layer 2 (20). Said panel is of multiple layers and is heavy and difficult to mount; is not of high resistance against, breaking, departing and holing and not fire-proof.

Utility model application numbered 2012/02628 relates to a portable tent embodiment. Said document discloses a ecologic, portable tent embodiment coated with fire-proof and insulated fabrics developed to meet quick sheltering needs, particularly to provide safe sheltering of suffering people in natural disaster areas. However, it does not comprise jute fabric coating having feature of enhancing resistance against sheet panel and cutting, holing and water permeability to provide tent resistance.

As a result, because of existence the said problems mentioned above and inadequacy of solutions, it has been necessary to make a development in the related art.

Purpose of the Invention

This present invention relates to a jute cloth coated panel embodiment eliminating above mentioned disadvantages and providing new advantages in the related art.

Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a jute cloth coated tent panels having high resistance against breaking, departing and holing and made from materials such as bamboo, polypropylene, linen, cotton, natural fibers etc. which are lighter and easy to mount in comparison to panels coated with sheet on both faces in the related art.

Purpose of the invention is to provide short mounting period of panels.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a product that can use heat insulated and facade coating material.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a tent panel of fire-proof provided with PIR filling contained therein.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a product having longer life and more durable in comparison to fabric and similar coated products in the related art.

In order to achieve all of the purposes described above and to be elicited from detailed description, the invention is a panel embodiment and comprises

• Lower sheet (1 ) as lower layer to enhance resistance of the panel or jute cloth (4) layer to reduce weight of the panel,

• PUR and PIR insulation filling layer (3) to provide heat and sound insulation,

• Jute cloth (4) layer as upper layer to reduce weight of the panel.

The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better in the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and taking into account the detailed descriptions.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of product being subject of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

The tent of the invention of which general view is shown in Figure 1 comprises a panel embodiment to be used in prefabric housing and construction sector, lower sheet (1) as lower layer to increase resistance of the panel or jute cloth (4) panel to lighten weight of the panel, PUR/PIR insulation filling (3) layer to provide heat and sound insulation and jute cloth (4) layer as upper layer to lighten weight of the panel.

Figure 3 shows perspective and cross-sectional view of tent panel of the invention comprising lower sheet layer. Panel embodiment in an application of said product comprises lower sheet (1 ) as lower layer to increase resistance of the panel, PUR/PIR insulation filling (3) layer to provide heat and sound insulation, jute cloth (4) layer as upper layer to lighten weight of the panel and male panel joint detail (2) increasing resistance in side-by-side mounting of panels and providing quick mounting.

Figure 4 shows perspective and cross-sectional view of tent panel of the invention from different angles and comprising two-layer jute cloth. In another application of the product, panel embodiment comprises, jute cloth (4) layer as lower layer to reduce weight of the panel, PUR/PIR insulation filling (3) layer to provide heat and sound insulation and jute cloth (4) layer as upper layer to increase resistance and female/male panel Joint detail (5) providing side by side mounting of panels. In the related art panels simply are made by means of PUR/PIR material flowing between two metal sheets passed through roll-form. In the product embodiment of our invention PUR/PIR insulation filling (3) are used onto lower sheet (1 ) or jute cloth (4) and jute cloth (4) is coated in place of upper sheet. Lower sheet (1) comprises male panel Joint detail (2) of embodiment and while mounting with it lower sheets (1) of the panels contact one another and supports panel to remain in more resistance on mounting area. In an alternative embodiment, jute cloth (4) is used instead of lower sheet (1 ) to perform production. This product having two layers of jute cloth (4) provides a lighter product thanks to use of jute cloth (4) in both layers. In addition, it comprises female/male panel Joint detail (5) between two jute clothes (4). This female/male panel Joint detail (5) part being flat provides not only easy mounting of panel embodiment but also provides reduction in labor costs.
