Abstract:
At the destination of a drone (10), a detection unit (12) detects a landing-possible area and a landing-impossible area for the drone (10). A safety level specifying unit (13) specifies one of a plurality of safety levels at the time of landing with respect to the detected landing-possible area. A risk level specifying unit (14) specifies one of a plurality of risk levels at the time of landing with respect to the detected landing-impossible area. An evaluation unit (15) evaluates a landing point of the drone (10) on the basis of the specified safety level and risk level within the detected landing-possible area.
