Abstract:
An in-vehicle diagnosis device for updating a plurality of software programs which are used inside a vehicle, said device being equipped with: an update permission time period acquisition unit (11) which, before starting to update the software programs, acquires an update permission time period for the software program update; an update schedule generation unit (12) for generating an update schedule by selecting a software program which can be updated within the acquired update permission time period; and an update control unit (14) for performing the update on the basis of the generated update schedule. Therein, it is possible to select a program update according to the needs of a vehicle user before rewriting the software program.
