Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a high-voltage vacuum ceramic capacitor assembly and a pole-mounted switch comprising same. The high-voltage vacuum ceramic capacitor assembly comprises a housing assembly; a ceramic capacitor, which comprises a high-voltage electrode and a low-voltage electrode; a high-voltage terminal, wherein one end of the high-voltage terminal is welded to the high-voltage electrode, and the other end thereof is inserted into and welded to the housing assembly; and a low-voltage terminal, wherein one end of the low-voltage terminal is welded to the low-voltage electrode, and the other end thereof is inserted into and welded to the housing assembly, wherein the housing assembly, the high-voltage terminal and the low-voltage terminal form a sealed vacuum cavity, and the ceramic capacitor is arranged in the vacuum cavity. According to the technical solution of the present embodiment, since the insulation strength of vacuum is higher than that of epoxy resin, an electrical distance and a creepage distance can be increased without changing the capacitance value and volume of the ceramic capacitor, thereby reducing an electrical failure rate; moreover, the housing assembly prevents combination of an epoxy resin surface and a ceramic surface, thereby preventing breakdown along a surface from occurring in the ceramic surface and the epoxy resin surface, and effectively improving the production yield of the pole-mounted switch.
