Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency axial flow turbine (100) having improved functions. To this end, the present invention comprises: a housing (110) which allows fluid to be introduced into the axial flow turbine through at least one inlet (111) and has a stepped groove (112) formed on one side of a penetration hole extending from the left to the right thereof; an injection nozzle tool (130) which has a plurality of wing inlets (131), through which fluid is ejected, formed at predetermined intervals and converts pressure energy into velocity energy to rotate an impeller at high speed; the impeller (120) which is assembled and installed inside the injection nozzle tool (130) by a rotating shaft (140) and rotates at high speed by fluid ejected from the injection nozzle tool and the wing inlets (123); the rotating shaft (140) axially installed on a central rotating shaft support port (121) of the impeller (120) and assembled to be installed to enable the impeller to rotate; one side plate (150) having a hole (151) formed therethrough so that the rotation shaft (140) is fitted therethrough, and sealing the interior of the housing (110); and the other side plate (160) having a hole (161) formed therethrough so that the rotation shaft (140) is fitted therethrough, having at least one discharge port (163) formed to discharge the fluid, and sealing the interior of the housing (110). The present invention configured as described above has an advantage to greatly improve the functions of the axial flow turbine to maximize energy savings and economic efficiency, thereby significantly improving the quality and reliability of the axial flow turbine.
