Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of chains, and particularly disclosed is a forming process for a corn reel chain accessory. According to the forming process, a machining apparatus is adopted; the machining apparatus comprises a stamping device comprising an upper stamping die and a lower stamping die, wherein the lower stamping die comprises a stamping die base and a positioning die core, a stamping female die cavity is provided in the stamping die base, and the positioning die core is arranged inside the stamping female die cavity and can move vertically relative to the stamping female die cavity; a first elastic return member is arranged between the positioning die core and the stamping die base; a first positioning protrusion is provided on the positioning die core; and the upper stamping die comprises a stamping male die corresponding to the stamping female die cavity. The forming process comprises at least the steps of blanking, pre-positioning, and forming by stamping. According to the above forming process, positioning is achieved by means of positioning holes in a blank, the forming precision is higher, and the use effect is better.
