Abstract:
This displacement detection device 2 comprises: a treatment wire 51 to which tension is applied; a light guide member 70 that extends along the treatment wire 51 and is attached to the treatment wire 51, the light guide member 70 having a first end surface 71 perpendicular to the extension direction and having a function for guiding light; a reflection member 80 that is attached to the treatment wire 51, the reflection member 80 having a second end surface 81 that faces the first end surface 71 and having a function for reflecting, at the second end surface 81, light emitted by the first end surface 71; and a displacement calculation unit 61 for optically calculating, using interference of light, any change in the distance d between the first end surface 71 and the second end surface 81 between before and after tension is applied.
