Abstract:
This device for clamping bone-in meat comprises a pair of gripping blocks (14) and a displacement-restricting part. The gripping blocks (14) each have a grip part and a surplus-meat-sandwiching part (23). In the pair of gripping blocks (14), the respective grip parts and surplus-meat-sandwiching parts (23) are configured to be capable of being relatively displaced in directions toward and away from each other. The grip parts are configured to be capable of contacting the outer peripheral surface of bone-in meat (2) around a bone part (b). The surplus-meat-sandwiching parts (23) sandwich surplus meat (sm) of the bone-in meat (2) that is gripped by the grip parts. The displacement-restricting part restricts the pair of gripping blocks (14) that grip the bone-in meat (2) from being displaced in the direction away from each other.
