Abstract:
A clamp device for bone-in meat comprises a plurality of grasping blocks (14) and a displacement restriction part. The grasping blocks (14) each have a grasping part that can contact an outer peripheral surface of a portion of the bone-in meat around a bone, and are provided such that the grasping parts can be relatively displaced in a direction toward/away from each other. The displacement restriction part restricts displacement of the plurality of grasping blocks (14) which hold the bone-in meat (2), in a direction in which the plurality of grasping blocks (14) would move away from each other.
