Abstract:
This delivery system comprises a self-driving vehicle, a delivery robot, an information processing device, and a moving device. The self-driving vehicle has at least one tier for mounting luggage, and includes a first space with an opening formed in at least a part of a lower-most layer, and a second space located below the first space. The moving device is installed on the lower-most layer of the first space, and moves the luggage to the opening. The delivery robot is stopped at a predetermined position where the delivery robot can receive the luggage dropped from the lower-most layer below the opening of the second space. The information processing device controls the moving device so that the luggage can be moved to the opening and dropped through the opening, and the dropped luggage can be received by the delivery robot.
