Abstract:
Provided is a conveyance apparatus which conveys an object to be conveyed, and comprises a monitoring activation information providing unit that provides monitoring activation information associated with a part to be monitored which can acquire monitoring information for monitoring the conveyance operation of the conveyance apparatus, the monitoring activation information causing the monitoring information acquired by the part to be monitored by being detected with a mobile device 5 to be directly displayed on the screen of the mobile device 5. The monitoring activation information is a one-dimensional or two-dimensional code which can be detected by being captured with the mobile device 5. The code is attached in the vicinity of the corresponding part to be monitored.
