Abstract:
A cement reinforcer and a preparation method therefor. The cement reinforcer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of aluminum sulfate, 5-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-10 parts of aluminum oxide, 5-10 parts of limestone powder, 2-8 parts of fly ash, 2-8 parts of a naphthalene sulfonate, 5-10 parts of a cement seepage-proof and water-proof agent, 30-60 parts of mirabilite, 0.1-1.5 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of urea, 3-8 parts of sodium silicate, 5-15 parts of a carrier, and 3-10 parts of calcium lignosulphonate. The cement reinforcer is prepared by subjecting the raw materials to drying treatment, milling, temperature-controlled firing, stirring and mixing, etc. During milling and hydration processes of cement, the cement reinforcer excites the potential activity of mixed materials in the cement by means of chemical reactions, and thus promotes the continuous development of the strength of cement clinker.
