[Problem] To provide a bone conduction speaker unit that: can be worn easily and compactly regardless of the size or the shape of an ear; is designed to not block an ear canal, allowing for unobstructed hearing of external sound while achieving improved sound quality, when used by a listener with normal hearing; and has no problem of sound leakage to the surroundings. [Solution] A bone conduction speaker unit comprises a bone conduction speaker 1 and a support member 2 that is accommodated inside a cavum conchae 12 and that supports the bone conduction speaker 1. The support member 2 comprises: a ring 3 that is provided, on the upper surface thereof, with a post 4 fixed to the bottom surface of the bone conduction speaker 1; and an elastic adapter 6 that is fitted into a circumferential groove 5 formed in the outer circumferential surface of the ring 3. The elastic adapter 6 comprises: an annular part 7 that is fitted into the circumferential groove 5; and a projection part 8 that projects in a direction parallel to the horizontal plane from the annular part 7, and that is in contact with the inner side surface of the cavum conchae 12 while being used.
