Abstract:
The present application relates to an auxiliary device for a freezing microtome. The auxiliary device comprises a sample head adjustment module used for adjusting a freezing microtome sample head angle, as well as an illumination and amplification system used for illuminating and amplifying a sample placed in the sample head; and the sample head adjustment module utilizes a micrometer knob with an angle display to adjust the sample head angle. A desired adjustment angle can be intuitively seen, thus solving the problem of a sample angle being difficult to adjust; the structure of the sample during slicing can be observed in real time by means of the the illumination and amplification system, and the improvement of slicing efficiency and quality is facilitated.
