Abstract:
An automatic lacing device, which belongs to the technical field of special automatic lacing for shoes. The automatic lacing device comprises a housing (1), an electric motor (6) and a storage battery (10), which are located in an inner cavity of the housing (1), and a worm (5), which is arranged at a power output end of the electric motor (6), wherein the storage battery (10) is electrically connected to the electric motor (6); a mounting seat (12) is arranged in the inner cavity of the housing (1), and is fixed to a bottom plate of the housing (1); a mounting hole (13) is provided in the mounting seat (12), and penetrates the bottom plate of the housing (1); a rotating shaft (14) is mounted in the mounting hole (13), and rotates about the axis of the mounting hole (13) under the action of an external force; a worm gear (4) meshing with the worm (5) is fixed to the top end of the rotating shaft (14); the bottom end of the rotating shaft (14) passes out of the bottom plate of the housing (1) and is then fixed to a winch (3); a control circuit board (7) is arranged on the housing (1); control switches (9) are arranged on the control circuit board (7); and the control circuit board (7) is electrically connected to the storage battery (10). The device has a simple structure, facilitates mounting and removal, facilitates later maintenance and improves the adaptability.
