Abstract:
An array substrate (100) and a control method and manufacturing method therefor. The array substrate (100) comprises a base substrate (1), a plurality of thin-film transistors (2) and a plurality of pixel electrode structures (3), wherein the thin-film transistors (2) each comprise an active layer (23), a source electrode (21) and a drain electrode (22); a conductive channel is formed on the active layer (23) and corresponding to the position between the source electrode (21) and the drain electrode (22); and each pixel electrode structure (3) comprises a first pixel electrode (31) and a second pixel electrode (32) which are spaced apart from each other. By means of a first pixel electrode (31) and a second pixel electrode (32) which are arranged on the same layer and are separated from each other, the first pixel electrode (31) is controlled to shield a conductive channel, thereby preventing an increase in the leakage current of a thin-film transistor (2) caused by external light irradiating the conductive channel.
