Abstract:
Provided are a 5'UTR element comprising a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11 and the use thereof in the production of L-arginine. Further provided are a functional expression element containing the 5'UTR element and a promoter, a gene expression cassette containing a target gene and the functional expression element, a recombinant expression vector, and an engineered Corynebacterium glutamicum containing the gene expression cassette or the recombinant expression vector.
