Abstract:
[Problem] To provide, for example, a zoom lens advantageous in the points of a long focal distance, a high zoom ratio, and high optical performance through out the zoom range. [Solution] This zoom lens has multiple lens groups, wherein the multiple lens groups include, in the order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group (B1) with positive refractive power, a second lens group (B2) with negative refractive power, and rear groups (B3-B5) including at least one lens group. For zooming, the first lens group does not move but the distance between adjacent lens groups changes, and the minimum refraction index N10m among refraction indexes, at a wavelength of 10 μm, of lenses constituting the first lens group, the focal distance f1 of the first lens group, and the focal distance f2 of the second lens group satisfy a predetermined condition expression.
