Abstract:
A zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel plate having excellent blackening resistance, comprising a substrate and a coating plated on the substrate, a surface of the coating being further coated with a fingerprint-resistant film; and the components in mass percentages of the coating comprising: 45%-65% of Al, 0.2%-5% of Mg, 0.1%-3% of Si, and 0.001%-0.15% of Zr, with the balance being Zn and other inevitable impurities. Correspondingly, further disclosed is a manufacturing method for the zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel plate, comprising the steps of: (1) substrate pretreatment; (2) hot dipping the substrate in a plating solution bath; (3) taking the steel plate out of a plating solution, and performing segmented cooling; (4) coating same with a fingerprint-resistant film and heating, baking and curing same, the steel plate heating and baking temperature being 100-160℃; (5) cooling the steel plate: controlling the cooling speed of the steel plate to be 5-20 ℃/s; and (6) rolling the steel plate into a finished product roll.
