Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of electric motor testing. Disclosed are a zero-position learning method for an electric motor. The method comprises: sending a zero-position learning instruction to an electric motor to be calibrated, so as to start electric motor zero-position learning; performing instruction parsing on the zero-position learning, so as to determine an adjustment signal for said electric motor, and at said electric motor and on the basis of the angle adjustment signal, controlling a rotor magnetic pole of said electric motor to rotate to a first adjustment position; at said electric motor and according to an initial calibration signal, controlling a rotor magnet to rotate from the first adjustment position to a second adjustment position; when said electric motor rotates by a set value of electrical angle cycles, determining whether said electric motor rotates by the same number of mechanical angle cycles, and if so, controlling an electric motor rotor to perform a return operation until the electric motor rotor returns by a set value of mechanical angle cycles; and acquiring an angle learning value of the electric motor rotor, which has completed the return operation, and determining a final learning value. In this way, the accurate zero-position calibration can be realized even when there is a large load.
