Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a zero-point energy bioenergy power generation device for reverse electricity, comprising a device housing, a positive electrode lug, a negative electrode lug and a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer is of a multi-layer structure in which a closed channel is provided, the channel being vacuum; the semiconductor layer is mounted in the device housing; the positive electrode lug and the negative electrode lug are mounted at both ends of the semiconductor layer. The power generation device provided by the present invention is stable in power supply, safe and reliable; when a short circuit is disconnected, the power generation device does not affect power supply, can quickly recover to be in an original state, and does not generate heat or explode due to malignant damage. The housing of the environmentally-friendly and durable power generation device is made of a metal material, has a service life of 20 years or above, is 95% degradable, and has no pollution.
