Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a yarn break self-stop system for a double-control ring spinning machine, comprising a self-stop device and a control device. The control device controls the self-stop device to cut off transmission contact between a yarn and rollers, wherein the rollers comprise a front roller, a middle roller, and a rear roller; the self-stop device comprises a push plate sliding in a fixed slideway; supporting plates are slidably connected to the push plate; arc-shaped wedges are hingedly connected to the tops of the supporting plates; the arc-shaped wedges are sleeved on the rollers; and the push plate, the supporting plates, and the wedges form, with the rollers as fulcrums, a double-swing-rod sliding block mechanism or a three-swing-rod sliding block mechanism. The beneficial effect of the present invention is that: by means of the sliding of the supporting plates and the hinged connection of the supporting plates to the arc-shaped wedges, the rotating angle of the arc-shaped wedges on the rollers is increased, so that the simultaneous stop of the middle roller and the rear roller or the simultaneous stop of the front roller, the middle roller, and the rear roller is implemented, thereby preventing a yarn between the rollers from being stretched and thinned after the yarn is broken.
